NYC Tuition Assistance Endowment

The NYC Tuition Assistance Endowment is administered by the Oregon Community Foundation (OCF), with guidance from NYC’s Board of Directors. NYC’s partnership with OCF allows the Endowment to be part of a large, diversified, professionally managed portfolio at a much lower cost than if this Endowment were managed separately. OCF has promoted philanthropy since 1973 and manages 600 funds with combined assets of over $300 million.
